Chapter XCIV: Section 39

Whosoever attempts to induce an editor or a publisher or his deputy, by an office, promise or granting an advantage, to undertake, bring about or tolerate the shaping of the intellectual content of a newspaper, in violation of Sections 13 or 14, will be punished with imprisonment or fined for bribery of the press.
