Read the treatise of Nicias the monk[158] _Against the Seven Chapters of Philoponus_, which he mentioned in his work called the _Arbitrator_. The style is simple and concise, suitable for controversial writings, and free from redundancies. Also read his attack _On the impious Severus_ and two books _Against the Heathen_.
