Most things can be sorted in a minute from your settings. If yours isn’t here, email [email protected].

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot passwordto get a reset link by email. If you normally sign in with Google, use “Continue with Google” on the log-in page instead.

I didn't receive my verification email.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. While you’re signed in, the banner at the top of the site has a Resend email button. Still nothing after a few minutes? Write to [email protected].

How do I report a story, article or comment?

Use the Reportcontrol on the content itself and choose the reason that fits. Reports go straight to our moderation team — it’s faster than email. For copyright claims, follow the process in our Terms of Service.

How do I change my username or email address?

Both live in Settings → Account. Your display name, bio and avatar are in Settings → Profile.

How do I keep my account secure?

Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Accountand store your recovery codes somewhere safe. You can see — and sign out — every device that’s logged in under Settings → Sessions.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and choose Delete account. If you want your published work removed too, delete it first. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
